Lesson - 49

About Manners
Narrated Abu Hurairah (RA): "A man behaved in a rude manner while trying to collect a debt from the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him). So his Companions were about to harm him. The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: 'Leave him, for indeed the owner of the the right has the right to speak.' Then he said: 'Purchase a camel for him and give it to him.' So they searched out but they did not find a camel but of a better ager than his camel. So he said: 'Buy it and give it to him. For indeed the best of you is the best in repaying.'"
(Jami`at-Tirmidhi, Vol. 3, Book 14, Hadith 120)

About Pardon
Humran, the freed slave of 'Uthman b. 'Affan, reported on the authority of 'Uthman b. 'Affan that he heard Allah's Messenger (peace be upon him) say: He who performed ablution for prayer and performed it properly and then went (to observe) obligatory prayer and offered it along with people or with the congregation or in the mosque, Allah would pardon his sins.
(Sahih Muslim, Book 2, Hadith 16)

About Quarrelling
Narrated Abu Umamah (RA): The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: I guarantee a house in the surroundings of Paradise for a man who avoids quarrelling even if he were in the right, a house in the middle of Paradise for a man who avoids lying even if he were joking, and a house in the upper part of Paradise for a man who made his character good.
(Sunan Abi Dawud, Book 43, Hadith 28)

About the Invocation
Narrated `Aisha: Whenever Allah's Messenger (peace be upon him) paid a visit to a patient, or a patient was brought to him, he used to invoke Allah, saying, "Take away the disease, O the Lord of the people! Cure him as You are the One Who cures. There is no cure but Yours, a cure that leaves no disease."
(Sahih al-Bukhari, Vol.7, Book 75, Hadith 36)

About Sneezing
Narrated Abu Hurairah (RA): that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "The sneeze is from Allah and the yawn is from Ash-Shaitan. So when one of you yawns let him cover his mouth with his hand. For when he says 'Ah, Ah' Ash-Shaitan laughs from inside his opening." [And indeed Allah loves the sneeze and He dislikes the Yawn, so when a man says Ah, Ah when yawning, indeed Ash-Shaitan laughs from inside his opening."]
(Jami`at-Tirmidhi, Vol. 5, Book 43, Hadith 2970)
