Lesson - 37

About Reciting
It was narrated that Abdullah bin Abi Qais (RA) said: "I asked Aishah (RA): "How did the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) recite at night- did he recite loudly or silently?" She said: 'He used to do both; sometimes he recited loudly and sometimes he recited silently.'"
(Sunan an-Nasa'i, Vol. 2, Book 20, Hadith 65)

About Judgement
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah (RA) that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: “I am only human, and some of you may be more eloquent in presenting your case than others. If I pass a judgement in his favor that detracts from his brother's rights, I am giving him a piece of fire.”
(Sunan Ibn Majah, Vol. 3, Book 13, Hadith 11)

About Starting Work
Narrated `Aisha (RA): The Prophet (peace be upon him) used to like to start from the right side on wearing shoes, combing his hair and cleaning or washing himself and on doing anything else.
(Sahih al-Bukhari, Vol. 1, Book 4, Hadith 34)

About Merits
Narrated Jabir bin `Abdullah: The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "My similitude in comparison with the other prophets is that of a man who has built a house completely and excellently except for a place of one brick. When the people enter the house, they admire its beauty and say: 'But for the place of this brick (how splendid the house will be)!"
(Sahih al-Bukhari, Vol. 4, Book 61, Hadith 43)

About Marriage
It was narrated from Aishah that: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: “Marriage is part of my sunnah, and whoever does not follow my sunnah has nothing to do with me. Get married, for I will boast of your great numbers before the nations. Whoever has the means, let him get married, and whoever does not, then he should fast for it will diminish his desire.”
(Sunan Ibn Majah, Vol. 3, Book 9, Hadith 1846)
